Nope, not a typo. I’m making salad on the grill. After a little hiatus due to a lot of houseguests in the last little while, I’m back with a recipe for one of our summer staples. The lemony notes in the dressing scream summertime and let’s be honest, everything tastes better with a little char on it. Even lettuce! The trick is to make sure your lettuce is really dry so you don’t end up with a wilted mess. Not a fan of shrimp? Try it with chicken.
